The most valuable message you can send is a data fix. If an area code's city, state, time zone, or status looks wrong, tell us the code and what should change. Please include a source if you have one — see our sources page for the authoritative references.

What we can and can't help with
- We can correct directory data, clarify how area codes work, and fix broken links.
- We can't identify the owner of a specific phone number, block calls for you, or trace a scam call. For robocalls, report them to the FTC; for emergencies, call 911.
